HOW ELEVATE CAME TO BE

Well, truth. I was visiting my family in Illinois and walking my 6 month old niece in a stroller on a sunny day in the middle of Chicago winter. My mother has been dealing with cancer so I went out to support her. It is sometimes in the most challenging moments, that new creation is born.

One afternoon while there, I had a catch up call with a former client and now dear friend. I talked to her as I pushed a stroller, watching my niece fall asleep as she was comforted by the movement.

My friend says to me, “Lizzie, I am looking for a space, a community that I can regularly go to, to help elevate me in moving through life as my intuitive self. I want a container of people who also have the same intention. A space to be reminded to move as my highest self. A space to get still and come into clarity. A space so strong it helps me see past my own blindspots.”

So I said, “Well, let’s create it. And let’s make it a movement. I want to reach as many people as possible.”

For me, I work often on a one on one basis, yet there is only so much time in a week and individual work with me is a much higher ticket. I believe high ticket work is important as it invites a person fully forward AND I believe a space that is accessible for anyone is also important. So I am doing both. Because this work is intended to be for the highest good of all that is.

So I asked her what this dream container would look like, how often and even how much it would cost.

I continued chatting with her for an hour as the baby slept, my mother resting at home, who I soon had to make lunch for. The thoughts of life and death were strong in the air. The thoughts of, how to live fully and leave this life knowing that you did exactly what you came here for. All of that was very present for me. All of that was being strongly reflected to me through my external reality.

I got excited about seeing all the people who come to this container begin living more and more exciting lives and moving from clear minds and connected hearts. I got excited like a little kid, and started dancing down the sidewalk, as I pushed this stroller in a suburban neighborhood, on a warm day amidst a Chicago winter.

I got excited because we can use the power of our interconnected nature to elevate. And this container is a clear way to do that. We are stronger together.

That night, I went for a walk with a childhood friend and watched heat lightning and pink lightning fill the sky. I felt the affirmation from creation, to create this space. “It is time.” I heard in my ear as pink lightning and three blasting white lights shot through the sky.

So here we are. Elevate is born.

My intention is to create a space that elevates all who enter it. My deepest dream is that this space inspires each person who enters it to move from their heart, to be lifted up and to be connected into the magical opportunity that is all around them.

I have been leading personal development work for many years now. And I am continually growing as a person. There is one thing I have found to be true:

No matter our external experience, it is our state of being that is what matters more than anything. You see, we can choose to experience life at many different octaves. The octave in which we experience life is determined by the frequency we hold. When we hold a higher frequency we can begin to perceive more possibilities, more love, more joy, more connection, more passion.

When we move from life in a frequency that is true to our most authentic self, we will experience things that are more true to us.

Doing this kind of work can save one months or years of spinning in something that is not true in order to find what is true. We do this by slowing down and really being with what is present, to jump through or as some say “quantum leap” into the life you were always meant for.

We keep it simple.

We come together and meditate. I will bring through energy activations using sound frequency technology to help calibrate your energy field. And together, we will create a heart coherent space.

Think of this space as a mirror for your truest self, held by the force field of community.

My intention is to reach as many people as possible.

I believe coming together in shared spaces of meditation is a conduit for peace and harmony on this planet.

We are leveraging the power of three in this space. As it is only $33/ month for this membership. We will meet on zoom. Come as you are. Have your video on or off. Ask questions in the Q and A or stay in your own space while being connected. This space is FOR YOU. Move with it as you choose.
